The room reservation deadline is: Saturday, October 30, 2021. To confirm a sleeping room within the group block, a first night’s deposit is required at booking. If cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, a one night room and tax penalty will be charged.
Room Rates: $179 per night plus a daily resort fee of $16, taxes and fees for two (2) occupants in a room over the age of 18 years. Rooms are furnished with double and king sized beds. Extra person rate for every third and fourth occupant in the room is $50 per person, per night plus tax (maximum of four persons). Children under 18 stay free if in same room as parents, utilizing existing bedding. Rollaway charge is $95 plus tax, per rollaway, per night. Guaranteed connecting rooms will be assessed a charge of $50 plus tax per night, per pair.
The room rates will be offered, based on availability, to attendees three (3) days before and three (3) days after convention. Basic in-room guest Wi-Fi is available using SSID: Hilton_Honors up to 4 devices and in most public areas of the resort including Starbucks using SSID: Hilton_Public.
Overnight self-parking is available for $20/day and valet parking for $59 plus tax per day. The Hilton Hawaiian Village does not provide shuttle service between the airport and the hotel.
